Your information, and what we do with it

When you apply we ask for your name and CNIC, your child’s name and B-Form, where you live, what your household earns, how many people it supports, what the school charges, and what has happened to your family. We also ask you to upload documents that support this.

We ask because we have to be able to tell a sponsor, honestly, that we checked. Nothing on the form is there out of curiosity.

Your CNIC, your child’s B-Form, your fee vouchers and your report cards are stored privately. Only the Circle of Good review team can open them, and only through links that stop working after a few minutes.

They are never shown on the public website. They are never sent to a sponsor.

Your child’s name, photograph, school, city, grade, the monthly fee, and a short description of your family’s situation. That is the box you tick at the end of the application form, and we record the date and time you ticked it.

We ask search engines not to list these pages, so a search for your child’s name will not bring one up. Someone has to come through this website to find it.

A public page says, permanently and in writing, that a child’s father died or that their family could not afford school. Other children read these pages. So do classmates.

We think you should know that before you tick the box, because a photograph on the internet is much easier to put up than to take down. If you would rather your child’s case appeared without their name and face, tell us and we will do it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We do not take payments on this website, so we never hold your bank details or a sponsor’s.

We do not pass your phone number or address to a sponsor until you and our team have both agreed to the introduction.

While your case is open, and afterwards for as long as we need to show that the money went where we said it did. Sponsorship records and receipts are kept; identity documents are not needed once a case closes.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact details will be published here shortly; until then, families with an open application can reach us through their application link.
