Questions

Common questions

If you need help

Does it cost anything to apply?
No. There is no fee to apply and no fee if you are accepted. If anyone asks you for money to be put on this list, they are not from Circle of Good.
I do not have a death certificate or a termination letter. Can I still apply?
Yes. Those documents help, but we know many families do not have them. Apply anyway — our team will confirm your situation another way, usually by phone or a visit.
What documents do I definitely need?
Your CNIC, your child’s B-Form, the latest fee voucher from the school, proof your child is enrolled, and the most recent report card. Photographs taken with your phone are fine.
How long does it take?
It depends on how quickly we can confirm your situation and whether a sponsor is available. We will never leave you guessing — your application link always shows where things stand.
I lost my link. How do I get back in?
Message us with your reference number and the mobile number you applied with, and we will check it is you and send the link again.
Will my child’s name and photograph be public?
If your application is approved, yes — that is what the consent box at the end of the form covers. We block search engines from listing these pages, and you can ask us at any time to hide your child’s name and photograph, or to remove the page entirely.
Do you pay for uniforms, books, or transport?
Not at present. We cover monthly tuition fees. Annual charges and admission deposits are considered case by case.
What if my situation changes?
Tell us. If things improve, we would rather move your sponsor to another child than keep a place you no longer need. If things get worse, we will look at your case again.

If you want to sponsor

Where does my money go?
Directly to the school or the family. Circle of Good has no payment gateway and no donations account — we introduce you and keep the receipts. Your bank statement is the record.
What does it usually cost?
Most of our students need under PKR 6,000 a month. You commit to a monthly fee, not a lump sum.
How do I know the case is real?
Every published student has been through our checks: the family’s situation, their enrolment, and the fee the school actually charges. No case appears on this site until at least one of those has been confirmed by our team.
Do I meet the family?
Yes, once you commit and our team approves the match. Contact details are shared at that point and not before.
What if I have to stop?
Tell us as early as you can and we will look for another sponsor. Nothing here is a legal commitment — but a child planning around your support deserves warning.
Can I sponsor more than one student?
Yes. Say so when you register and we will bring you more than one case.
Will I see how the student is doing?
Each term we record their results against their case so you can see they are attending and progressing.
