How it works
From an application to a sponsored school year
Two sides, one process, and a deliberate human step in the middle.
If you need help
You fill in one form, on a phone, in about fifteen minutes. There is no account to create and no password to remember. You take photographs of your documents with the camera and attach them as you go — if your connection drops, your answers are still there when you come back.
When you finish you get a reference number and a private link. That link is how you check what is happening, and how you send us anything else we ask for.
Then we check what you have told us. Someone from our team will confirm your situation — often by calling you, sometimes by calling the school, occasionally by visiting. We will ask for anything missing through your link.
If we can take your case forward, your child’s page goes live for sponsors to see, and we contact you as soon as someone steps forward.

You tell us roughly what you can commit each month. We bring you a student we have already verified — their situation, their school, the exact fee, and what we did to check it.
If you say yes, our team approves the match and introduces you to the family. Contact details are shared at that point and not before.
From then on you pay the school or the family directly, every month, and upload the receipt. Each term we record the student’s results against their case so you can see the fees are doing their job.
Circle of Good never handles the money
There is no payment gateway on this site and no donations account. A sponsor pays the school or the family themselves.
It means no cut and no processing fee, and it means your own bank statement is the record. What we keep is the paperwork: a receipt for every month a sponsorship runs.
How we decide who comes first
Far more families apply than there are sponsors, so we have to be honest about the order. Every case is scored out of 100 on four things: what has happened to the family, how the fee compares to their income, how close the child is to leaving school, and how they are doing academically.
The heaviest weight sits on the first of those. A father who has died or lost his job moves a case to the top.
The score orders the queue. It does not make the decision — a person on our team approves or rejects every single case, and can move a case ahead of its score where the circumstances demand it.
What we cover
Monthly tuition fees. That is the standard, and it is what a sponsor commits to.
Annual charges and one-time admission deposits are exceptions. A family can ask, but the request carries a written reason and is approved separately. Nothing is paid on an exception without a receipt.
We do not currently cover uniforms, books, or transport.
What we check, and what we do when there is no paperwork
Every application needs the guardian’s CNIC, the student’s B-Form, the latest fee voucher, proof of enrolment, and the most recent report card.
A death certificate, a termination letter, or a salary slip helps a great deal — but we do not demand them. A widow in an informal settlement often has no death certificate; a man laid off from daily-wage work never received a letter. Where the paperwork does not exist, our team confirms the situation another way and writes down exactly what they did.
What we will not do is let an unchecked claim raise a family’s position in the queue. Until at least one claim has been confirmed, a case cannot appear on this site at all.
